I'm sick of all these people against Grand Theft Auto. I live in Oklahoma and theres some prosecuter telling adults to return gta if they bought for christmas. They said someone did a drive by on a girl cuz a fight over gta. One. how do u fight over gta? its not like 2 player against each other. Two. When i fight over a game i curse i dont go out and do drive bys! Three. i think these lawyers make this crap up..I cant believe ppl arent killing themselves over halo2 i almost killed my cousin over that game!lol

This isn't exactly true. The drive-by was on the girls' family home, the girl just happened to be the only one to get shot. The reason was that the girls' brother apparently stole a game from the family who did the shooting. I don't remember it being a GTA game, but it could have been.

Anyway, a game doesn't tell you to pull a trigger, your brain does. The people who do the shooting should be punished, not gamers.

okay someone stole gta from the guy..If he stole halo 2 or half life 2 or any other game he would have done the drive by its not GTA's fault GTA isnt even that realistic..Ihate lawyers sometimes..It must be hard being Sam Houser..
