Holiday plans
It's this time of year again. Anybody already know what their plans are?
An cool exotic places you're gonna go? Pyramids in Egypt? Rice-fields in Vietnam? I still have no idea, I should have booked by now. But me and my girl can't make up our minds, maybe we're not going anywhere and just save us the money for when we are gonna live together(hopefully soon...). Anyway what's up with you? Trips with your parents, friends or better halves? Let me know.

I have no idea either. This year I'm very confused, but thinking about it, I always prefer to take a vacation later, after the hottest period of the year, when everything's calmer, prices are even more affordable and annoying flocks of tourists are coming home.

for me simple home, i have been all over the last year and it has landed me in the middle of south korea, i have seen the rice fields etc, so home for me

Well this holiday I am gonna be seeing one of my friends from Florida... never got to see her in person so it'll be pretty nice... I'm also spending some quality time with my older sister fantasytiger since we haven't done much of that in a while

Only sure thing for now is I'm going back to Germany for some weeks, and after arriving there, maybe I'll have a trip with some old friends. We thought about going to Greece too for some days and rent a house or a bungalow to enjoy the sea and stuff like this, or maybe we'll be going to some other place. We're still deciding.

I'm planning to go to Kumamoto,Japan to visit a friend there who used to go to my high school in August. I just need to finish getting together the last bit of money for the plane ticket . . . .
It's going to be pretty exciting if it all works out; Japan's a place I've wanted to go to for a very long time and it should be fun to do it without being put into all the very touristy stuff, seeing it instead with someone who's Japanese and not going just to a metropolis like Tokyo. |

Barbecue at my brother's house with all these people here just chillin out enjoying the holiday. Great time to sit back and relax while we can. Seriously, I need this weekend to ground myself. My mind has been all over the place the last couple of weeks, but I think I am finally starting to feel like I might be able to wind down. That, ultimately is what holidays are for isn't it? So wherever you are and whatever you are doing, make sure it is you taking a chance to relax and be at PEACE this weekend. Spread the PAZ, brothers and sisters. Hey, I sound like a hippie.

hey red my uncle wants to go to columbia this summer lol he wanted to know if i would like to go lol this could be fun even though i am not a coffee drinker grounding your self is no fun
 he wrote me a letter and said if he goes i can bring a friend of course it would have to be my partner in crime yunie lol i hope he does go lol

Just staying at home and drawing the whole summer!
I'm teaching myself 'Flash' so I can maybe get a job animating a TV show; maybe. But that's pretty darn exciting for me! Yay for getting careers!!

Update on my plans maybe we rent a bungalow and just stay in Holland in order to save us the money, but then again we might not...damn deciding has never been so tough.

Last update for me too: I'm going to Cannes next week, and I am staying 5 days, then towards the end of August I am going to Paris and I am staying 10 days, more or less. It's the second time I'm going to Cannes and the... fourth (can't remeber exactly, maybe it's the third only) I'm going to Paris. I'm quite happy, I didn't think I could have any trip or vacation this summer, mainly because I had some health problems during the last period and didn't want to leave the house. Now other people, the ones who will be coming with me, made me change my mind and though I'm a bit worried about the fact I could not feel fine and this makes me a little paranoid, I'm focused on having a good time while I'll be away. Plus, I love France, so I'm more than pleased to go there once again in occasion of both trips.

I confirm what I said in the previous thread: I'm going to Germany for a couple of weeks. The big surprise, and I can't say how I know it, but I know it, is that some of my friends are organizing something for my birthday. There's still a lot of time before that day, but I'm excited! We'll probably spend few days abroad, somebody suggested it could be Spain, or Greece as I thought, but I'm not sure yet, couldn't find out. Best thing is I won't pay anything, it'll be my birthday gift! I'm sooo happy
