mailbox probs??

I did not know how to contact you guys so I posted this. for some odd reason everyone keeps telling me that when they mail me it says my box is full. But when I check my mail it says that there are no new messages I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem with it was

maybe you havent deleted your "sent items" try deleting those.
