Parasite Eve(The movie)

I just was wondering if anyone has seen or heard about it. Funny thing is at 10:00pm the movie was on one of the movie channels and I had just saw the DVD at Borders sunday night. On th eback of the DVD it said there is also a book.

ANyway, I had only seen some of the beginning and what I saw I liked. It didn't bother me that the dialogue was in Japanes with subtitles. Hopefully I'll be able to see the rest of it, maybe even check out the video games although the preview I saw of the first game on the demo disk that came with my dad's PS One was horrifying.

Sorry I havent seen the movie, but I heard about the game, I think Ive had a go on it, but this was a long time ago, is it on anyother platform than PS1?

I only know that the first game is for PS1, but I don't know about the second one.

both games are only for the PS1, and only the second one is available in Europe. The first was apparently weeks from release when publishing of Squaresoft titles switched from Sony to the newly formed Square Europe. so it never got released, but the sequel did (in much the same way that we have SaGa Frontier 2, but not 1.)

as for the film and book, i was not aware that Parasite Eve was actually a "movie > game" ... It surely ranks as one of the better ones?

I don't know if it has any connections to the game or not. It seems that the game and the movie are both good, at least the movie does.

I like the game "Parasite Eve" will the 2nd one at least, because thats the only one I had played.

I could have bought the first one if I wanted to, but the video on the demo disk that came with my dad's PSOne was too sick for me.
