How the HECK do you make the Unique Jump in Washington Beach, the one that lance was standing on in the Guardian Angels missions, I can hit the stairs and it does the cinematic view, but it never counts. What am I doing wrong???

do the jump with a pcj 600 and go take a big running start from the start of the alley

you have to hit it from the east, and jump towards the west. I read somewhere you have to clear the police station?!?! I never came CLOSE to clearing the police station, and I WAS using a PCJ. I only need four more Unique Jumps and I cant make this one
