Live action Akira movie
Like the title says, warner bros is making a live action version of Akira. When i saw this i was like "Sweet Ass!"
It said something about comming out or starting production in 2003. That's all i got. Sorry.

Me too. Those live action taken from animes usually never turn out good at all, very few do. But given the plot that Akira develops, it has enough material to produce an awsome movie.

I got some information regarding the live-action Akira, from AnimeNation. They said that this American live action re-make of Akira is going to be directed by Stephen Norrington, the guy who directed Blade. Um.....that's it.
 But, hey Blade was a good movie, so maybe this will be good too? Only time will tell....

hmmmm
Wonder if their going to stick to the script. Usually, movie translations change it up a great deal. Akira's plot was pretty odd-wonder what changes they'll make to it ????

Sounds interesting, I quite like Akira, so it would be interesting how well this live-action Akira will do.
