Do you get angry too much?

I think I get angry too fast at my family. I don't even know why I get so full of rage. Maybe something has been building up?

My cousin mark brought my hair brush back from Florida. And my mother just started to yell at me after I told her I just had it a while ago. Then I started to yell because she was yelling and wasn't listening. Then my dad said something and I was like stupid me I left it in my aunts car when I went to the movies with marks daughter, my cousin. Then my aunt went back to Florida with it.

I get angry too fast don't you think? Or maybe I just like to yell, I think I get scared of myself sometimes, because it seems I only really yell at my family that lives with me.

There's nothing wrong if you get angry for a good reason. But if you start getting angry for every sinlge matter, people won't take you seriously, even if you shout and yell at them or tell them horrible things.

I can't say I get angry very often. I'm more they person who seems to be easily annoyed if there's anything wrong, but I don't start yelling for every little discussion. Sometimes I yell at people, but I forget soon and the anger doesn't last for a long time.

Uhhh... I don't yell at everything, but I get annoyed when it bothers me. I guess I mostly I just yell if I feel like it, clear my throat... But I don't think that was a good reason to yell. I think I mostly yell cause everybody yells at me all the freaking time.

Yes, I hat when people are yelling at me as well!
Especially your parents or siblings. They start yelling for stupid reasons like "You ate my ice cream! I left it in the fridge and you ate it!". They don't even care if I'm the one who actually ate the stupid ice cream or not!

There are few things that really make me go mad, and when I'm angry it means I'm REALLY angry.
So, beware, if you make me angry you'll be in serious danger!

im not a usally angrey person but on bad days im mad and lock myself in my room or when i wake up in the mornings.....you dont want to come across me in mornings.

I get angry realy easily, especially in certain situations. And I shout too, I shout a lot when I'm angry, which I know means I probably got a weak personality, because strong persons don't need to shout, especially when they know they're right...

I was told last year by my health teacher that we still don't know how to control or handle our emotions. And when we'll grow older we will get the hang of it.

I think this really depends on the person. There's someone who is always in full control of emotions and someone else who doesn't seem to be able to control them at all. It's not a general rule and anger is part of this too. There are people who go to therapists to control anger in order to not hurt (mentally and physically) other people. To me being able to control yourself means you are a strong person, but it's only my point of view. As I said, it's not a general rule

for me getting angry often is an understatement, lol I am angry all the time but never show it
