I'll keep track of the information known about this incredible new sequel to the hit movie, The Martix. In case you don't know [ I hope not. ], the movie is called The Matrix Reloaded. It is set to come out in theaters on May 15, 2003.

• Apparently, the producers had to spend three months building a 3 kilometer stretch of highway in California with a budget exceeding 245 million dollars!
  
• It was meant to be released but the death of Keanu Reeves girlfriend, the death of the actress who played the Oracle, and another employee killed in an accident during filming, the release date was pushed way back.
  
• On the 14th of February, a set costing the producers $200,000 is to be blown up in White Bay (not too far from Sydney). Aaliyah was to play Morpheus's love interest, but has been replaced by Jada Pinkette Smith (Will Smiths' wife). At one stage of Reloaded, Neo is to take on eight men, each of whom use a unique style of martial arts.
  
• A teaser trialer is now viewble for The Matrix Reloaded at the many sites. Check out one of them, here. I've seen it and it is very, very cool.

  Little has been revealed about the premise of this much-anticipated sequel to 1999 blockbuster 'The Matrix,' except that Keanu Reeves (Neo), Laurence Fishburne (Morpheus), and Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity) all return in full force. Word on the street is that the film is set in Zion, the "last human city," where Neo and Morpheus are in the process of liberating innocent reality-seekers from that dastardly Matrix.

I, too, am waiting for this sequel in great anitcipation. But I've read in Enertainment Weekly a few weeks ago that once Matrix: Reloaded will be released in May 2003, the third one, Matrix: Revolutions, will be following it in theatres only 6 months later. Reason for it is that Reloaded is supposed to have a "cliff-hanger" ending. So we get two Matrix movies in one year. Isn't that sweet?

And I also saw the trailer in theatres while watching Austin Powers in Goldmember. Can't wait till both sequels finally come out!

Neways. The Matrix Happens To Be My FAV Movie Of All Time And The Movie I Am Waiting The MOST Is The Matrix Reloaded And The Revolutions. ........... And I Heard One Of The Scenes In This Movie Is Related To "Helicopter" Action. And To Do That Stunt And The Whole Scene. The Producers Had To Shut The Streets Of Sydney Where That Was Taking Place. And was Shut Down For "THREE DAYS".......

agreed in full, I love the matrix and the second and even the third will be awsome movies, the teaser/trailer for the matrix reloaded gives you just enough to keep you enticed to see the movie and it works, lol

Damn that gave me the goose bumbs, That movie looks soooooooooooooo Good. The highwa scence looks sweet, finally there is gunna be alot of action in the movie. Wasnt Aliha or however you spell it in the movie?

Well I don't think the next Matrix movie will be released other here until 2003 sometime, but I could be wrong

Well, having waited 4 years already for the 2nd movie (I'm talking like if we were in 2003 already ), to wait for the third movie won't feel that long, I guess.......

I just know that those movies are gonna rock because the first one really did. Real nice movie the Matrix was. I think I'm gonna get it on DVD.

I love the Matrix, I have it on DVD, and I normally watch every couple weeks......so I am in great antisipation for the sequel: Reloaded.

As for the bad luck omen thingy, with all those people dying and also the death of Aaliyah who was supposed to be in it......maybe its Jinxed.
