Ragnarok Online

Have you ever tried this online RPG? Many of my online friends play it. I've downloaded the client and tried to follow the instructions to get started, but it didn't work. I've asked also for assistance, but they didn't seem to be able to solve the problem.
Do you know maybe if it's a problem depending on the fact I'm from the UK? Any other players of RO around here?

Ummkay.... I don't think I can help right now... I just wrote a long one about how I used to play and then I noticed that Ragnarok Online is finally on Beta 2. I'm not sure if Beta 1 still runs, but for the record here is my info ^_^ :

I played a long while ago, but the community really started getting a bit sour around then (A popular giver of advice, aka "JoeTheDude" was amoung many to quit simply because of strange abuse he'd get, and RO-World, the premier RO news site went down when "Watashiwa" flipped out - I actually had respect for him until he revived the sight and posted immature poop over the news pages...)

I had three characters, all on the "Chaos" server:
KupoRelm : a lvl 16 or somthing Archer
MoogleRelm : a lvl 12 Swordsman (how un-politically correct ^_^)
VendoRelm : a lvl 12 Merchant.
