Creating Avatar

I know that there are tons of threads asking about custom avatars.

I just want to know if Adobe PhotoDeluxe is one of the programs used to create an avatar? (I only have 43 posts, but my time will come soon)

If it makes either gif or jpg pics, then yes, it'll work. Remember you need at least 50 posts for it to be open for you and it has to be 64x64 pixels.
