Just to let ya know for the most part I am an open minded gamer, I have always been a nintendo fan and Im not saying the X Box wont be a good or even great gaming system. Im just saying that money wise it wont put up the the figures that PS2 or Gamecube do...ever. And I say screw Halo becuase I am forced to sit and debate the issue every day with two of my frinds who own X Boxes and say its better tha ps2, the only game they have to bost is Halo, wich ive played and its a great game but DEFINATEY NOT the best game ever as so many claim. But then again im not much of a Firts Person Shooter fan. But anyways I know I came off a little immature in my last posts I was just blowing off some steam, I get double teamed by those 2 in school every day gets frustrating.

I think you should move this thread to the "Other councles" forum. It seems out of place in General chat, and I feel that he would feel much more at home with all of the other happy posts about Xbox, and the rest of the gang.

I totally understand where you are coming from. I had to deal with that a lot when I first got my box. But once I got my friends actually playing games with me they changed their tunes. I'll have to disagree with you on Halo being the only game xbox can boast with, I love Hunter: The Reconing, Rallisport Challenge, Jet Set Radio Future, amped and doa3 just to name a few exclusives. And there are tons of great games that have been released on multiple systems that the xbox has polished up and made better (spiderman and blood omen 2 are big examples).

No, halo isn't the best game, but you do have to admit, as far as FPS's go it is a great game. Anyways, Im not saying that PS2 doesn't have great games either... then again, I didn't start out by saying "ps2 sucks " j/k. Hope you enjoy your ps2 today because I am about to go xbox it up on the net later!

btw, admin... it seems most people here can be quite mature, and if they can't... well, I think we can work things out like we just did. No reason to close down any threads

CC other console is closed so this is the best place to put it.As far as the whole halo thing i do agree that it is brought up alot of time in arguments between consoles and it does get tiring so i see your point.Halo i think was a great game but it shouldnt be xbox's only defense.

I only played a few games, so I'm no one to critisize, just posting what I know.

When I played Halo, I found I couldn't put the controller down. Little touches like the zoom on the pistol I thought were great. If/when I get an Xbox it will definitly be on the must have games list. I don't think its the Xbox's only defence. At least the framerate doesn't break up in Blood Omen 2. The PS2 version on the other hand.......what.......why......how did that get past quality control? My point? I dunno. I guess I'm trying to say every system has ups and downs.
