Talking Videgames characters and names

Would you name your children after a videogame's character? This question may sound silly, but some of our parents (not my case...) picked a name because they liked a character from a movie, or a book. So, would it be the same for a character from videogames?
Which name from videogames would you probably choose for your son/daughter?

That's a pretty 'tuff question, but for some reason I just love the name Chrono, some weird obsession with the game I guess o-0;

Well, some names are already real. Aerith/Aeris and Zidane are real people.

If I was going to do that i would have:

BOY: Auron
GIRL: Rikku

I like the sound of those names. I bet my wife (whoever that may be in the future) would never allow it.

That's a very interesting question! Let's see. Hmm...

Boy: Auron
Girl: Rydia

I really like those two names. I might even actually name my children that IF I get married that is

Boy: Cid, Vincent (but then again, those are also just some regular names) and quite possibly Kain

Girl: I'm not sure just yet.

That's a weird question Rei. I don't think I like so much any videogames character's name...I'd probably find some cool one to name a pet, but not a children. I don't even know if I want to have children to name them

I think Aeris is a nice name for a girl, and Ashley for a boy. But you know, I live in a country where it's German to be the main language, not English, so I don't think these ones could be good choices

mog

I love strange names. I think the regular ones these days are getting pretty boring.

I'd like to use Aeris and Rikku for a girl, and probably Squall and Serge for a guy.
