A man is sitting on the cart and he's telling the horse to pull the cart. And the horse is saying he can't pull the cart because it will push on the horse as much as the horse will pull on the horse.. so the horse won't move.
Oh and it's weird how they say in order for A not to move when there's a force being applied on it you'd need the same amount on A in the opposed direction but if a bunch of forces are pushing on it the cart still moves because they applied to different things? It's cool tho.

I hated those questions in school where you had to draw the vectors of the forces working on things, it's not that difficult most of the times but you make a mistake so easily.

The end of the first post: A man is sitting on the cart and he's telling the horse to pull the cart. And the horse is saying he can't pull the cart because the cart will push on the horse as much as the horse will pull on the cart.. so the horse won't move.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Well that's true.. what I really don't like is the fomulas. I don't understand how to measure friction either.. two wooden blocks tied together on a string.. the string is over the pully and one block is hanging and the other is on the wooden table. the blocks weigh 10 N.

I'm taking physics right now and I'm not really liking it that much.... It was cool with the basic 2D kinematic stuff. That was easy. But as soon as we hit gravity I started getting confused as Numbers so huge that you gotta use scientific notation is a nono for me. I'll leave measuring the mass of Jupier and whatever to the scientists.
Right now I am on the most retarted ting ever: Equilibrium. If an object is at rest why the hell should I know how much force is a little peg is putting on the board to balance out the other force on the other end and how far away it is. Jesus, I dont care why the object is at rest, I'm happy that it is! If I didnt have to take this damn class I would drop out in an instant...

I have a friend who's really fricken good at all that hysics crap. he likes to go up to me and start babbling about how to slow down the speed of light and to warm up shit by using sound, or the enersia in a car with a heliuum ballon. He likes to make me understand how stupid i am by throwing really complex equasions at me anfd whatnot. I know i'm never going to take physics, and basic algebreic crap is hard enough as it is. I started reading thuis the\read and was like, "whoa" i've gone to far, must pull myself back.

Equilibrium.. lol.. you guys are funny. I just guess I always liked to get to the bottom of things.. Why .. Why Why..
My teacher, Mr. Kohler asked my friend Jean how he could pull the paper out from under the stapler without having the stapler move. She said, "Things at rest tend to stay at rest." He said, "Oh really. Hmm that's interesting but WHY?" "Why are you asking me why so early in the morning?" "Because I dunno... it's my J-OB." "Well why don't you ask Pam, she's god." "So you're saying no one knows and people tend to attach why with a thing/being greater." I thought that was awesome. Most of the answers are so simple sometimes. Like a child of 7 could give you the answer. It boggles my mind.

But hey you love physics. More power to ya. All I know is that I sure as hell aint gonna be a engineer. A computer engineer maybe but nothing that is too heavy on physics... If I had to deal with that stuff on a daily basis my head is gonna explode.

Yea I am but that is besides the point. Oh does anyone know how to combine nickle and hydrogen?
What used to trip me up was determining the speed of something.. but I was overthinking it lol. The stupidest question I ever asked was: What's the speed of Dark? One night it was really late and I was talking to a friend online about physics. You know how we can program computers to have personalities and etc? Well we are like God's computer.. We are also mechanical in a way...everything we are made up of reacts to something and I kind of based it off of what I learned in biology. What causes all of it to do its job? Something greater, no one really knows. Some people would say a soul which I think is similar to how Frankeinstein came to life. A soul like the electricity gives the power to function... so I started to think maybe light/fire is a soul or something like it. But now I realize that electrons create light when they are not settled in their comfort zone.. I think that's right.

Actually, I disagreed about the soul being anything like the way frankenstein's monster was brought to life in that story. Interestingly enough, I read the book in 12th grade... and the teacher was telling us it was a story about necromancy and other related horror and fantasy story topics, but the book was more science fiction than anything else (one of the very first in the genre I believe) and I don't even remember the author even knowing what "necromancy" really was, if it were to exist. It's simply the story about the reanimation of a dead corpse and in a way it parrellels the ethical issues of today when we speak of human cloning. I don't completely remember the book, but didn't some of it deal with the question whether the monster had a soul or not? That itself was argued to be a seperate issue than the fact the corpse made of many corpses was reanimated upon being struck by lightning.
Anywayz, the subject of physics as it is taught now does not take into account the type of physics that would be capable of describing such a thing as the human soul, in my opinion. IN saying that, it sounds like I would believe that the soul can be described by some level of physics we cannot comprehend yet, but the truth is I do not know and of course I don't know. This is all speculation and that's all it can be, but the point is, Frakenstein is a fictional story. Why is it a fictional story? Because it didn't happen. No monster was created in that fashion, by lightening. So we cannot learn what the soul is from that aspect of it, but we can combine it with the current issue of cloning and try to use that to learn what the soul might be, at least partially. So, most importantly, what we are talking about here is something on a completely different level of physics. Metaphysics. So, I am actually a little confused. One moment we are talking about a horse and a carriage that won't move and the next we are actually speculating that the bolt of lightning that animated that creature in a story actually could be a soul. DO you see how both are on a completely different level or subject. Perhaps the point behind all of this is this: Think of that lightning that reanimated the monster as a metaphor for something else, in order to tell a story about the argument of such a thing having a soul or any real place in this world. Wow...I am certainly ranting again. I definately opened up a whol can of worms on this, too. I'm somehow making myself stop for now, though. This is fun, though. _RED_ stuff

I've read and seen different versions of that literature.. I was using it as an allusion. I'm just saying a soul in our reality could be like that lightning in their world. Metaphysics hmm.. that sounds interesting.
