how do you get a barrack ol without using a cheat(if there is one)???

I managed to steal a couple from the army while at 6 stars. Do it at the car dealer do you can whip down to your garage and loose the wanted level.

Which GTA game are you talking about? If you mean GTA3, there's one in Al's Army Surplus store, the place on the second island where there's a tank that's locked for most of the game. There's a Barracks OL there. You probably are talking about Vice City though, and that's a game I can't help you with, since I don't own it.
