Protection against poison or move back when he breaths in. Thats the only tatic i can think of tbh. Train for a bit if your a tad weak.

I usually cast slow on him and haste on my party. Then I move back when he inhales and stuff to. Then when he gets down to like 10,000 hp he casts haste on himself and goes like 2 times in a row sometimes. I beat him once but when I got down to bevelle the one people killed me and I couldn't find a save sphere so I couldn't save.

the easiest way to go is to use your aeon overdrives....(they should be doing pretty good damage at this point in the story (at least 7500-my aeons were all at 9999 damage for the overdrives). )

after you beat the boss make sure you have some al bhed potions handy!!!

I can't use my aeons cause' I don't have Yuna right now. I'm going to try and beat him right now so give me some tips as I go along.

sorry ...i just tottaly forgot that yunas not in the party......what's your HP at?(it should be at least around 3500 for your highest if not more!!!)
i suggest casting haste on everyone....then if your wakka's pretty strong just pull back and keep throwing your ball...lulu's magic works quite well depending on which ones she has....put these two in the party and put rikku in if you ended up getting a whole $@!T load of al bhed potions like i did from the desert.(i got around 75) |

aurons should at least be 3500
the rest at least 2500(except lulu cause she like always has the lowest hp throughout the entire game) |

Aurons is at like 2500. Wakas is about 2200 and everyone else except lulus is at about 1500.

if you don't feel like going back and leveling up just cast haste on wakka,lulu and rikku and have wakka and lulu attack from affar, and have rikku be your healer and make sure to never pull in.
