I own: FF6 and FF9 on PSX + FF7 and FF8 on PC (Big Mistake) Apart from that I have 1-5 through "alternative means".

shame 2+3 will be the US versions, and therefore really FF4 easytype and FF6 (also debatably an easier type. and using less offensive words...)

hmm am i the only one who has the spirits within on dvd? love that film, but i have all the ones that are out in the uk i think so that ff6, ff7, ff8,ff9 and im getting 10 and ehrgeiz oh and do the ff's on the gameboy count?

I'd go out and get The Spirits Within, Only if I had a lot of spare cash lying around. Fanatical I may be, but its hardly an essential purchase (even if it is a fairly good film that everyone should at least watch...)

Really...I heard The Spirit's Within sucked...my friend told me it shouldn't bare the name Final Fantasy at all...as for 6, tomorrow I'm gettin Anthology so i'll add 5 and 6 to my FF count.

you friend is right on the basis that the only recognisable links to any Final Fantasy were the Gaia theory (see the last sequence and you'll scream "Lifestream!") and Cid (though they felt that Cinema audiences could only cope with him being called "Sid")

Apart from that, I just don't feel its the crap film everyone thinks it is. The storyline isnt that bad, even if the majority of the characters were uninspiring (though the actors actually did a good job of reading their lines IMO) and it should be at least seen if you have any intrest in Computer Animation...
