Who's still with us?

So yeah. I totally don't visit here that often anymore so I don't know who the regulars are at this point in time. Who's around these days? How are you all enjoying your summer? Is it winter in the southern hemisphere? Do we even have any members from the southern hemisphere?

Hmmm.... the climate here is being awful. The weather is also very bizarre this year. It's like being in some Caribbean island. Without all the nice seascapes and rum. I don't mind because I'm cold most of the time, but other people I see around should indeed migrate to the southern part of the planet, since they all seem to feel like depressed dried towels after some apocalyptic event.

Recently, its been kinda hellish up here in Wisconsin. We had a draught up here for about a month. A few farmers lost their jobs cause of their crops. Then for the past 3 days, it has been raining non-stop. Floods have plagued the southern part of the state and damage highways. Gov. Doyle was even asked to get federal disaster funds.

Other than that, it's been pretty good. I know i haven't been active. Working 40-60 hours a week (random), plus my addiction to my fiancé and WoW, internet isn't my first priority. Sorry.

Heya guys,

I remember telling Harry probably four or so years ago that when i met the right person to enjoy life with i would finally get away from Everquest and gaming in general. Well ive met a really special lady, but since we both have seperate lives (live in nearby cities) i still have some free time for gaming. Im glad i gave up on WoW recently, honestly its like most mmorpgs, you reach an ending place and the people just dont interest you that much. It takes everybody their own time and place to do it, but im glad i did, while i could still get some money for my account and a measure of sanity. Dont realize how much time you put into something until its gone, and all of a sudden opportunities to do new things come along . Definitely looking forward to going to Hot Springs next Labor Day weekend, a chance to get away and spend quality time with the girlfriend. Nice of you to ask, Red, and i hope everyone is doing well, those that are still here and those that have moved on........

We have the worst summer weather-wise since 20 years or so. Rain, rain, wind it's more like fall. But even so I had a great summer, been on a nice holiday and just chilled a lot.

I don't come here as much but I still pop in from time to time.
I might not always post but that's just because I never have anything to say.

I had such a weird summer. Fallout showers now, I tell you. Life is weirdly beautiful!

I come in from time to time. I never post but I'm still here.

As for my summer, it was crap. I had no money, sister and boyfriend moved in with the family, crapload of drama ensued, and I ended up joining the marines (not that I think it was a bad decision). Aside from the june where I hung out with a few friends in ocean city, my summer was no fun at all.

I know this was not supposed to be about weather, but since we started talking about it...

Here the weather is making people go crazy more and more. One day it's like being in a giant oven, the day after that it's cold like in November. For example, a few days ago we had temperatures of more than 32°C - more than 90°F - but the day after it was around 7°C - around 45°F. How can you expect to get dressed in the morning without making mistakes?!

The weather has been like that too here. The weather has been very annoying here actually because there seems to be a huge pollen outbreak and I've had allergies all throughout summer (usually I only have it during spring). It got so bad that I started having rashes on my arms and neck...I haven't had rashes on my neck in so long so this year is driving me nuts! I cannot wait until cool weather or winter hits.
