I'm not saying smile like a clown of anything, just keep your head up and don't slouch and sagg your eye brows down. Stay in a light mood and you'll feel better. I feel like sh*t all the time because of the crap I go through, but no one seems to know because I'm always in such a good mood, that also makes others around you feel better and more compfortable around you.

And about talking to girls, these last couple of days, I feel like I've become very popular with those of the opposite sex and I'm now very compfortable talking to them. i even make them laugh at times.

Dude...you need to relax. Maybe nothing's happening because you haven't found the right girl yet. Maybe all the girls you know now are (no offense) airheads, bimbos, ditzy chicks....who knows?
I'm pretty sure you'll find someone when the right time comes. And for the rest of you guys who feel the same way....chill. Make the chicks laugh, but don't do it in annoying way. That'll just make us pissed. And as for you Cannibal....I sure hope you get that chick you have your eye on.

Boy...do you have a bad outlook at life, or what? You're 17!! If you were 78, I'd understand (unless you're Hugh Hefner...but that's sick... ) But, it's better that you wait till you're in your 20s to 30s because then, you can actually start a REAL relationships. Usually, in high school, when people say, "Oh Bobby! I looooveee you!" it's like, "Yeah right, whatever." High school relationships are the worst!! Why? 'Cause...what happens when you go to different colleges? Ya still gonna have that "long distance relationship"? I don't think so. It's very rare that people who were high school sweethearts stay together and get married and crap. But.....when you're an adult....you can actually have the time to find the right girl without worrying she might run off to college with another guy! Maybe some people will disagree with me, but that's okay, 'cause this is MY opinion and what I've seen in my days of living. Besides, in this generation, it's hard to find a chick that's smart, has a good sense of humor, likes games....*heh, heh*. All they care about is how thin they are, or how pretty they look. I don't know what you're type of girl is, SSSnake, but it takes time to find the perfect one. Especially if you're those type of people who gets annoyed by every little thing (You know, like....if she....uh......cracks her knuckles or something ). But....a little warning....girls who seem perfect ALWAYS have a flaw no matter what. Unless, you don't mind those flaws, then..okay, she's perfect. For example: Most of the girls I see who are EXTREMELY pretty are usually a) b****** b) airheads or c) wants your money. But, there are a lot of pretty girls who are actually quite nice and caring.....but those are so rare. Sigh............I'm just rambling on and on.....listen SSSnake...ya gotta believe!! (I hate Parappa, but oh well)

I know i have a negative outlook on life.Reasons being nobody talks to me and i dont know why.Girls seem to avoid me at all cost,ending converstations early.I can't talk to a girl without making a real A$$ outta myself.I'm also the biggest looser on the face of this earth.Im smart extremely talented at everything but nobody cares.I have no self esteem and so not care for the future.Theres my life in a nutshell and how i think.Anyways who care lets move on.

I was depressed almost everyday a couple years back because of certain problems, and I would never smile... so everyone asked why I wouldn't smile, and I'd simply say "why should I smile if I have nothing to smile about?" they just didn't get it...

most every kid in my school doesn't know what real love is, and when your true love moves... well, I'm probably off topic, you get the point. true fact ---> 90% of US population are idiots!

Hey Merc! I totally understand what you're talking about. I used to say that phrase too, "Why should I smile if I have nothing to smile about?". How is it that people don't get that phrase? It's so friggin' easy to comprehend, it's like putting 2+2 together. Damn! I feel so sorry for you though, Merc. Your girlfriend sounded terrific. But, you also will find another girl who'll like you and kill spiders for you. And yes, the US population are dumb-asses. Hmmm.....I don't mean to offend anyone here, but....there seems to be a lot of guys who are really into finding a relationship or are depressed because they can't find a girl. This is really off topic but oh well: I used to like this guy who was in college. This was 2 years back and I was 13-14 years old. I was working at my family's workplace, so there's a lot of college students there. Well...he seemed like the perfect guy to me; he loves playing video games and he knew I liked playing video games too. But, here's the deal: I knew he liked me too (but I probably wouldn't have known, if my sister didn't point it out. She has a GREAT eye for these things) but since he's a college student and he wasn't sure if I liked him (not that he could ask me out anyway...that'd be adultery) so it was always, him coming in, him glancing at me, and him leaving with the food. He came in with this girl but they were just friends, 'cause there was no "spark" between them. Well.....one day, I dressed REALLY nice (I dressed in a girl outfit) 'cause I knew that was the day he would come in. He saw me and I think he thought I was cute, so I kept glancing back (I was a retard) but then I never saw him again. Until....one day....he came in with the same girl from before. Afterwards, they left HOLDING HANDS. So....basically, he got freaked out by me glancing at him that day, so he panicked and just grabbed any girl he saw. And you know what? That girl he went out with....ALREADY HAD A BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didn't know, because SHE IS A B****! She'll never tell anyone! And not only that....a few months later, she has ANOTHER boyfriend. So...including the guy I liked, her old boyfriend, and her new boyfriend.....she is cheating on ALL of them. See? That's what I mean when I say some girls suck. If he went out with me, we would have some things in common. But nope. He picks a b****. So.......afterwards, I was depressed and I....cried....but, now I'm okay. I'm alright staying single, 'cause I don't mind being alone and no guys would go out with me 'cause I'm too friggin' quiet and very dull. If you're wondering why I'm telling you guys this story of mine, it's because I don't want anyone to think that I'm all optimistic just because I don't know how it feels. I do.
