All the more reason why I say obsession is bad. Darrel was a legend and it will still live on through this tragedy. I'm also very sorrowful about the families of the wounded and deceased fans. Innocent people who just wanted to have a good time at a concert.
May the souls of all these victims find happiness in their next lives.

what a tragedy... i cannot believe shit like this goes on sometimes.. then i stop and look at our world today and i can see it happening... Pantera was one of.. if not the best metal performers the world has seen in a while.. its a sad day indeed... RIP

Man that's so awful. Such a terrible thing to happen.
Like Mourdor said Innocent People just trying to have a good time, it's so sad. I feel so bad when I think of the families that had their love ones go there, not knowing that they wouldn't see them alive again. I've not heard this mentioned on the news here at all which is awful aswell.

Those of you who know who Dimebag Darrel is, probably know the incredible and awe inspiring innovative guitarist he as been. I was just shocked to have a news bulletin brought to my attention just now on an offline message on yahoo.
First Ol' Dirty Bastard? Now Dime? What's happening to all my fav musicians? Layne Staley died only 3 years ago. This is totally messed up. Anyways. Let's dedicate this thread to his amazing talent and life. REST IN PEACR fellow musician May god be with his family and friends, along with the families and friends of the other victims. _RED_ stuff

RIP Darrell I didnt know him that well (i sound like im in his burial or smthing and giving out a speech lol) but i think that was very sad indeed. Things like this make the world much worse than it already is. Beh

Well the things is shit like this goes on everyday in clubs and small venues and bars and streets and anywhere everyday and nobody notices until somebody "impoitant" dies. Not that my man Dimebag wasn't important, but thousands of people die everyday across the US this way. It's fucked up. Go outside your apartement and hope your nieghborhood is as dandy as you think y'all.
