Listen im not the vest person at gettin a girlfriend so i kinda need help. So any ideas i really need them especially from girls cause they know the most . its her birthday soon and im gettin her a bon jovi album (her fave band) any hints/tips will be useful.

Getting that CD was a good start, I think. It was pretty thoughtful.

I'd suggest that you get her a card and a flower. Please note singular use.
Get her a birthday card that says something nice, but that doesn't take up the entire card, so that this way, you have enough space to dedicated something to her. You know, wish her a happy birthday and tell her that she's this and that... something very sincere and warm. Oh, I think it's best to refrain from any declaration of love in the card.

Top it off with a flower - her favorite kind and color. Just one will do. Oh and, chocolates would be nice. What kind of birthday present is that, you ask? A very sweet and special one. =D

If she really likes the band, the cd is a good idea. But add to it something more personal. The card is what I was also going to suggest, but you could write your message inside the cd booklet as well, so that opening it, it'll remind her of you. Be brief, but original, make her feel the message you're writing in it is especially for her, that it's not one of those phrases you hear everywhere. Make her feel special with a thoughtful little something you invented for her. You could also invite her somewhere for her birthday. Some girls like when you decide to invite them out in particular occasions. You could go drink something, have a hot chocolate, whatever she might like (you know her, so you know her tastes too). Bring her to a place she could enjoy and give your gifts to her when you're both alone. Choose the right moment. It's not nice, I think, to give gifts to somebody when there's too many people around, it's too distracting.
