Is there anything in this world that has the power to make you feel guilty? Like telling lies to someone you love even if you had no real intention to do it, or cheating on a friend even if it's not too close to you, maybe to help another friend you love more, or drinking too much on Saturday nights, or other things like that?
Are you a person who often feels guilty for any action, from the most banal to the most important, and who keeps on thinking about what you did for a very long time, unable to let anything flow and come back to your normal state of mind? Are you often preoccupied by what you actions could cause to yourself or others, what consequences they could bring, without particular reasons, and you're often afraid to share your feelings for the fear of being misunderstood or that others could think your worries are silly or without any importance? |

I must admit I feel guilty when I skip cross country practice. The coach is also one of my teachers and Youth Group leaders and she is so cool, and she depends on me because I'm one of the only tools she has left for right now on the team. She has done so much for me in classes(Maths) that i feel like a turd when I do skip, because I have become good friends with her(she is only 28).
But on the lighter side, I have been skipping less and less these days! It has sparked a change in her that lightens the mood. Maybe with less skipping I'll be ranked maybe 45 in state in stead of 93(I base these numbers out of 300 runners.) |

I feel guilty when i lie to my best friend
. I try not to lie but some times things slip right? well i try not to, im getting better at not lying. And i do tend to not speak my mind for a fear of being put down for what i said . I also get ambarassed for other ppl, like when there doing something wierd or crazy(only in my opinion).

Lately what makes me feel guilty is asking too many questions, the kind of questions that i know that the answer is going to hurt me and the person to who i ask them..

Everything makes me feel guilty. The fact that people are suffering in unbelievable amounts of pain across the world makes me feel guilty. I also think I pick up on other people's guilt. I always feel I can be more honest even when I speak the plain and simple truth. I am better than I used to be about these things, though. But feeling "random" guilt is normal for somebody with probably empathic powers such as mine... then it becomes my own and I must deal with it. This does not keep me from helping people, though. I think that is one of my main callings in life.
