Shonen Jump
I just thought it would be nice to let the anime fans here in the US know that Shonen Jump, a popular magazine in Japan, is now available here in America. It's got comics and news about various anime stuff. Also, Issue #3 has a promo from the DBZ CCG, for all those DBZ fans who play the card game and maybe those who don't watch the show and play the card game.
I have a link in my sig of a place where you can find reviews of the issues, but they've only finished the first one. |

Issue #3? I'm going to get it for the DBZ card and after I get that I won't have any money left over for another one.

Yeah, I heard about the US Shonen Jump a long time ago. It's good they decided to bring it over because all the good mangas they have in it, such as Naruto, One Piece. In Japan, Shueisha is the publisher of ShonenJump and they are also the ones responsible for the Rurouni Kenshin mangas too.

Dude, forget that shonen jump mgarbage. It's a waste of your money. Go for newtype. It just started releasing in november, and it's the best anime mag i've ever seen. I saw a few shonen jumps as they came out, didn't really find anything spectacular about them. To me it just seemed to recap on more popular anbime, saying, and showing stuff that most of us already knew. I do know of a few who do get it, and they say it's pretty good. But i have my doubts.
Anyways, carry on.

I'd like to remind you that I'm getting Issue #3 because I want to get the card and that's the only way to get it.(of course I don't mean for anyone to take this as an insult.)

I'd suggest you mail it to me, that is of course you'd have to get my address first. Seeing as I am going to buy the magazine maybe it would be better on you if you could find someone else. I hadn't ehard about it until I had got an e-mail form the people at score about the card in issue three. Where do you people find out about this stuff?(I've asked this before and I am looking for an answer)

I personally think Shounen Jump is a great opportunity for people who can't get graphic novels to read popular guy manga.
