I saw the entire show...
I saw End of Evangelion

There is Death and Rebirth...
Death is a summary of the entire show
and Rebirth is...????

I think it's like...an elaboration of the ending or something. I'm yet to see it, so I can't say...but they only made it because so many people had a hard time understanding the show's plot (but I heard Death & Rebirth doesn't help

Here, I own the entire series and both movies, seen em both many times, and, frankly, I still have no f*cking idea what the hell is going on in that show. The series was somewhat easy to follow, other than a few aspects of the show which were never answered, then the first movie came out, Death and rebirth, It helped me out with figuring some of the points of the show out. But that was only for the second half of the movie. The first half was like you said, a summary of the series, from 1 to 24. Then the second half of the movie was a second ending of the series, instead of the origunal episodes 25 and 26. But the movie doesn't conclude it completely. End of evangelion is like the first movie in a way. It summerizes the first movie, then as the second part of the movie, it starts off where the first ended, and then concludes the series all together. But with the way it all worked out at the end, I still didn't really grasp what the hell happened. I got the main ideas, but was just totally blown away with it.
