Boodah
I HATE MY SCANNER. My dad is going to re-scan this so It'll look prettier. It's for an art trade, which is basically where two people draw each other a picture! Fun fun, I hope she likes this!
I dunno what he's doing... poking or pointing or something. My hand is killing me! 5 hours of colouring. https://img.ranchoweb.com/images/forr...eliscolor1.jpg Boodah is Copyright to Azurelis |

Woah, good job Gazoox. I wish I could color like that with color pencils... but when I color it seems like a 4 year old did it... Which is why I always color using my computer.

Wow!
It's really good Gadzoox! I really like the colours you've used. I wish I could colouring things like that using colouring pencils. I also wish though that my scanner would scan a picture coloured in colouring pencils that well as well.

Nice picture and great detail! I wish I could draw anything somewhat like that, but when I try to draw DBZ cahracters they all come out distorted some way and great coloring job too. Keep up the good work.

Woo lookit all the comments!!
Thanks everyone! Maybe you guys aren't using the best coloured pencils around? I use Berol Prismacolours and they are nice and soft and blend nicely; a heck of a lot funner to colour with that something like Laurentiens or those other cheap kinds! The only other advise I can give is to keep practising and don't give up!! I'll allow you to get mad at it and take a break but don't give up on it!! Next time I colour with pencil crayons I'll scan my progression... a LOT of people keep asking how I colour!!I feel so lurved! Thanks again guys!! |

This character is not your creation, right? Is it from the other person involved in the art trading project?
Anyway, it looks excellent with the colors. Looks a bit like one of those "naive" paintings... and also something that made me think of Paul Gauguin drawing Disney characters, for some reason EDIT: cool "Rocky Horror" avatar and sig too! |

anyways, I like this one because so much is leant to it through your colouring and shading (and yes I am also extremely jealous of your "real world" colouring skills - probably one of the many reasons I'm a Drama student and not even remotely artist like)... but as ever its got a wonderful outline, and that wolf-man look is superbly captured...

-Okay two people decide to do an 'art trade'. -Each person gives referances or a detailed description of what their character looks like. (and what they want, in what medium etc.) and an equal 'idea' is decided upon so it's fair. -then I do a picture for her of the description/ref she gave me and she does a picture for me of the description/ref I gave her. -then we give it to one another! I gave this to her and soon I'll get the picture she did for me! (which I'll post in this thead) Make sense now? That way both artists get to exercise their talent and each gets a pretty picture done by someone else! ssjtrunks-You ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO rent 'Rocky Horror Picture Show' and watch it!! Have to!! |

LOL!!! That's hilarious!
It's a musical about a transvestite/madman/scientist and a innocent couple... doesn't that make you want to watch it more!?!? It is a classic though, honest! |
