My New Computer!
Just thought I would share my new PC with you. It is a brand-spankin' new Apple iBook. Specs:
14" Screen 640 MB RAM 933 MHz 60 GB HD Combo Drive Total price was $1499. While I was at CompUSA, I also picked up an awesome new graphics card for my PC: ATi Radeon 9800 XT, for $499. Grand total: $1999.99. No tax, since a friend of mine works there, if you know what I mean...

What kind of processor does your Mac have? did you "say" right... 933 MGhz? That sounds like something you would have gotten 4 years ago. Please explain. Just out of curiosity.
and what does the Combo Drive feature?

actually mine is a plain old Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb, which means i lack some overclocking features. But then i don't feel the need (or have the guts) to overclock anyway ^_^ Your laptop sounds pretty cool... I personally avoid Macs, but having a PC and a Mac is probably a great idea... if you have the monies. Yeah the processor sounds low speed, but processors are given too much press anyway, the performance increase between my 900mhz and XP 2600+ wasn't so noticable (i tried the old processor with my new GFX card, and there was only about 10fps in it... i think ^_^). Or perhaps my new case with "go faster blue perspex" sped it up a lot....
