Seasons
by Mark Skinner a.k.a. Redpyramidhead Sicken me in the presence of a frail goat upon an autumn crossing Thickened thinned blood the sentence of surreal choke upon an autumn crossing And of its wind beautifully intoxicating And tragically the leaves wicked and cursed Colorfully evil and in the essence of this season Beyond, beyond, the blood, the lies, the tears, the leaves, could always choke on one Beyond sickened, the love 'twas 'live, the tears, the leaves, could always choke on one And tragic are the leaves... And tragically the leaves... To glare into Death's eyes with as much fury as one could manage, but only to sink back into one's self And to have not the heart to express emotions of anger into the face of Death, Her softness too powerful, as is the look of care in her eyes Blame lay not with her... Blame lay not with her... Death, who is also Life copyright Mark Skinner 2002 Note: My latest song. Hope you guys like it. Too bad you can't hear how the second part is sung...I'm so happy with it. Maybe it'll be available as an mp3 someday...who knows.

Yes it seems good. For being a song is pretty short in lenght, but that's not a problem IMO. I like the use of repetitions at the end of the verses too.

Is that a song?
Whoops, I thought it was a poem. I don't think it makes much difference when you read it tho. It'd be cool to hear the musical part of it |

Wow, I really like it. It can be both poem and song I know songs with only a few lines and this looks like one of them. Would love to hear some music to go with the song.
