Anyone have any details about Vice City coming to PC?

I never said I didn't own PS2.

The thing is, I like to modify games and I've got a HELL of an idea for this one.

Suburban Warfare. Kinda like Fallout series. Imagine post WWIII...gangs get out and build up supplies in an effort to take out rival gangs and OWN. Similar to Mad Max but instead of one man takes over, this will allow multi-players to coordinate simultaniously (8 players a side). One of the gangs could be the police...

I hear of Rockstar doing this one in multi-player but when a PC game does it and we're able to modify the game that's when we come up with mods like Counter Strike.
