Whats the best free webhosing provider. Do not give me any choices where you have to pick a templete like Tripod and freewebs. What do you think is the best.

Tripod lets you to what ever ya want, if you know how to get it. :P
You dont have to pick your layouts and stuff with tripod, it dose let you make your own web pages from scratch. But you need to know a decent amount of html of course.

I've always just used tripod, anyway. >_>
