Well I just purchased the box set for this series and I must say I am please. Instead of going into the plot I'll just say it is a very well thought out series. Its kinda on similar grounds with Eva, but does a lot of things differently. If you are someone who wants action in this series you might get bored with this one. If your someone who wants a great story get it now!

Its more of a military based anime, with alot of pyschological details close to eva and rahxephon. Its confusing as hell and mainly deals with a war between the US, Japan, and a Middle Eastern Country. Personally I don't think you will like it Jeff considering your taste in anime.

I'm telling you, you won't like it. Its a very deep anime and there isn't that much action. Its more of a pyschological thing, definately not your type.

Is it anything like the movie along came a spider with morgan freeman that movie was all psycological movie and i loved it.

Well by Psychological I mean that they throw a bunch of shit at you right off the bat that you can't possibly understand. Then you have make it through the entire series and pay attention to the extremely small details that reveal to you. Some of the shit messes with your head.

why dont u say, ALL of it messes around with ya? ^^ i liked gasaraki too. i like this kind of anime. like lain, boogiepop phantom..eva...etc etc ^^ besides, its a mecha anime. i like it cuz of that too ^^
