PS2 Slim problems
I'll start out by saying that my god brother gave me this ps2 (free) so I don't know if he ever had any problems on it or not. (He moved onto the Xbox 360)
I've had this thing for quite some time now, and even played a couple of games on it beforehand. As soon as I started to play Rogue Galaxy, I was getting that "disc not found" message. At first I didn't think much of it because I could still play the game. But while playing the game I kept getting too many interruptions saying that same message. Then I began thinking it was the game itself since I didn't get that message while playing Genji, Kingdom Hearts 2 or Devil May Cry 3. Then I put Dragon Quest 8 in, and it just stayed on that system browser / configuration screen before stating that Dragon Quest could not be found. I probably need to clean it, but wouldn't know what to clean it with. I've never had any problems with my first ps2. (original version) It seems like the slim version is the one with all the problems. Any help?
