Thank's Goodman, you really incouraged me, to stay even more focus on my goal in the future. And I well not give up, because games are calling my name, to create. I would start off with as either a apprentice, or take a course to learn more. To who, who want to be a game designer, don't give up, try to over come this reality thing like it was a game. Plan in the future, and you well succeed.

Personally, I think this game falls strictly into the "It Could've Been/Should've Been, but Wasn't" category (for a sequel).

im playing as lucia now, wow she moves much quicker, her attacks are more smotter than dante, she has some sweet ass tricks/combos, nice arieal moves too .. also she looks really nice on her dt form.. ill play some more of lucia, lates ..

I am getting this game!! I don't care about a few negative reviews!! I think it's possible they're just being tough on it cuz it's not different enough from the first to their liking, but hell if they had released it as an add-on to the previous adventure I don't think anybody would care. If it plays like the first, it certainly can't be that bad. I also think that standards have been raised for sequels more these days. I can't exactly explain it, but I think a lot of people expect all these new innovations and everything in their sequels due to the level of technology we have now compared to even say a few years ago. Anybody else think that sounds like a possible theory?
Anyway, as I said I am getting this game. The Getaway got its fair share of bad reviews, but just talking to other people who had played it and enjoyed it and doing my own research convinced me to make my own decision and not let the reviews do it for me. I reccommend for those who need to see a reliable review before buying a game to check out the ones Ps2Fantasy does. They, in my opinion, are the best. _RED_ stuff

Hey, RPH, my copy of DMC2 doesnt work properly with the Stealth controller, unfortunately. Dante keeps moving around, even when your not controlling him, and basically makes it very difficult. Luckily i have a regular ps2 controller so it will work normall with that. Hope you dont have the same problem....

One disk for Lucia (about 3 hours if you go slow) and one disk for Dante (about 5 hours is my estimate).. so I really dont even know WHY theres 2 DVD's, considerin' they certainly couldve put it on one disk easily... but oh well, makes u feel like ur gettin' more bang for your buck :-p

I love Lucia's moves, especially the one she does with the walls, I was blown away with it. SOO FREAKING COOL!!!
I am playing Dante disk first.....of course. But Unlike King Freak, I am gonna take alot of time to finish! I hate finishing the game quick. I took 2 1/2 months to finish the first one. It was cool. Man this game is full of STYLE. But why oh why Dante is so quite this time around. And one more thing I didn't really like , are the Menus. The DMC1 menus were soooooo cool and amazing. in DMC2 everything is so simple, like a NES option menus or something. Oh well... the game rocks anyway!

Will definitely try some of those combos...
I've also beaten Lucia's disc today, and now I think I like this game even more (especially since the story is much more clear to me). To hell with the negative reviews!
