The Warriors -
I've finally reached the spot where the movie begins. Great game, if you are a fan of sam housers other projects. (GTA,Manhunt..) This fighting engine will most likely be used for an upcoming GTA game.

The game does a really good job of leading up to the events that take place in the movie. It shows the history of The Warriors, why Cleon and Vermin made the warrior gang. How Swan and Cowboy,Ajax , Cochise and Fox all join the warriors. They each had to go thru initiations, it's really well done/written into the story overall though.

I never really got the hang of Kingdom Hearts, haven't played it for months. I currently playing Marvel vs Capcom 2, whenever I have a few moments left. Truely one of the best 2d-fighters that's around on the ps2.

Currently playing "Kingdom Hearts 2." I'm currently in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" world inside Jack Sparrow's ship. Very cool game so far.

Lately I've been playing a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Mainly bouncing around between games because I couldn't get (and still not) satisfied with the games I've been playing. The last game I played was Indigo Prophecy.

Radiata Stories, Wild Arms: Alter Code F and Shadow Of The Colossus. I'll most likely beat SOTC in a couple of days, then I'll probably start one of the hitman games.

Shifting time between Capcom vs SNK 2, Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Street Fighter EX3.

Rented Star Wars III: RotS and DMC 3 (again ^_^ ) on Wednesday. Beat Star Wars.... It's decent but it's no DMC. I never did care for Stars Wars from get go. (games or movies)
Anyways.... I also beat DMC3 for the 3rd time yesterday. I could probably play this game all day, everyday. (Like Ninja Gaiden) I'm about to go for a 4th round though. Gonna try DMD mode for once.

Still playing Shadow of the Colossus. Beautiful game. It's an artistic statement all its own.

Shifting my time between Enemy Territory and SNK vs Capcom: SVC chaos.
SVC choas isn't as bad a game as many people make you believe IMO, ok it isn't by far the best 2d fighter on the ps2 BUT if you're into the genre it can be quite fun it's nowhere near balanced, it has the typical overpowered snk-style bosses, sever hitbox problems, rather strange hitpriorities and many other flaws. But this is the kind of game where it's all about fun and this can be quite fun plus it's cool to see the sf chars been done snk-style. Don't know about the lasting appeal though, I've played it only for about 1,5 hour or so.

But I'm playing Quake 4, Call Of Duty 2, Kameo and Amped 3 the most. I took a break from Condemned and PDZ.

playing Resident Evil : Code Veronica X
..fresh off the 4th Silent Hill game (which i thought was really good, considering a few flaws) and decided to tackle this game while I'm still in survival/horror mode. It's kinda easy to be honest, i wanted to get a nice completed file on my memory card though before i start up RE4 on pro mode.

FFIX on playstation. Black on xbox
Oooh man! When Black hits the shelves RUN! for a copy. One of the best fps' I've ever played. EA and Criterion (Burnout 3 & 4) have done outstanding work on this title. This game creates an awesome feel of being in a real firefight. Glass and bits of concrete flying over your head, shooting though doors and walls with your shotgun.....and the graphics! Wow! Who knew 5 yr old hardware could still amaze?? Black um yeah. *runs to play Black* Last edited by Sleazy P Martini; Feb 19th, 2006 at 08:36 PM.. |
