Find two yellow chocobos
Breed with Carob Nut
Get Green or Blue chocobo
Repeat process until you get another of the opposite of what you previously got. (Blue-Green)
Breed the Blue and Green chocobos with a Carob nut
Get a Black chocobo
Catch a Wonderful yellow chocobo
Breed those two with a Zeio nut
