Me-ow.
I got an anime thats simply purr-fect.
It comes on every saturday morning on channel 11 at 8:00, and it's called Mew Mew Power. It's about this girl named Zoey who finds out that her DNA is able the fuse with a curtain animal or somethin', it's still cool. I forget the others names, but I'll tell you all their animal Mewtamorphisis. Zoey-Mountian Cat Rich girl-Blue penguin nerdy hot girl-some sort of otter or seal monkey girl: Um, a monkey?? supermodel-Wolf. It's a cool experience, check it out... oh, and if you have a vague familiar feeling about their tranformations, you're not going crazy, it's kind of like Sailer Moon, excepted without the big boobs, no panties, and "naked transformations" (Japanese version.) But, still the girls are hot.

Zoey instead of Ichigo? Wow, the US really butchered Tokyo Mew Mew (big surprise there
 ). When I first heard about the US version, they had a different title than "Mew Mew Power", I forget what it is now though. Anyway, I never saw the original Japanese version, but I'm sure it's a lot better than the US.I wonder if the US version decided to keep the original Japanese code names? Like, Ichigo's is Mew Ichigo (Strawberry) and Retasu's is Mew Retasu (Lettuce) and so on.

meryl when you spoke of the butchering of good anime by america that reminded me of another soon to be tradgic slaughtering. Naruto
 is set to air soon  which makes me shudder to think of all they will remove. Grant it I read manga so I am going off that version as for mew mew power it sounds fimilare to a manga I read a review on but its name escapes me at the moment although I will be sure to catch it

They didn't butcher it..
It's just fine, and funny to boot, especially Zoey. She always freaks out. And the only thing butchered in One Piece was that the gum gum names. "Gum Gum Double Barrel??" Gum Gum Shotgun sounds better.
