I'd been meaning to get this game...but I've been so busy with my other ones. It's survival horror so that interests me right away. I saw some drawings of some of the evil spirits in the game...the boss characters that chase you about, and I thought they looked imaginative atleast.

IGN says its the best Clock Tower game, i loved the first, so will let you all know my impressions. I love buying a game for the right price, when Tenchu drops right around $20 this fall im getting it. I dont want to pay full price anymore than necessary (Fatal Frame 2, Castlevania will probably be the only two the remainder of the year i pay full for...).

Clock Tower 3 is an awesome game. The graphics and gameplay are tight. I thought the game was a little short but overall I loved it. At some points I screamed cuz those freaky subordonates keep popping out of nowhere. I love the Boss battles cuz it shows how many people each subordonate killed and how long thier sentence was. I also liked when they show how some of the subordonates killed people. Some of the scenes are disturbing, I wouldnt let a young child see them. Overall, I absolutely love this game, it's at the top of my list for sure. If anyone needs help, Im here!

Ive made it to the final Boss fight, ReChick, have taken out all the others without much of a challenge. Overall this is a pretty good game, although i would only rent it, i didnt pay much so its fine. I will beat it im sure no later than this weekend, and be ready for Fatal Frame 2, which ive just preordered (no shipping charges at EbWorld until 2:00 pm today) for a grand total of $49 shipped! This could easily be the last game i pay full price for this year, and i bet it rivals SH3 (which comes out tomorrow here in the states). It wont be a gore filled story so much as a thrill and on the edge of your seat filled story, kinda like being on a roller coaster in your living room! If anyone wants to take advantage of free shipping with EBWorld, do so by 2:00 today, i believe that is PST...

Fatal Frame 2 comes out on the 13th of this month, so it wont be long at all, just five more days! Ive come close to beating the final boss, im using a few different strategies, and expect he will be down soon. I read some pretty bad things about SH3 so at best i would only rent it, you may want to do that first...

SH 3
I actually rented SH 3 today. Its going pretty well I think. Its only the beginning so I really can't tell. Other wise its just like SH 2. The game no matter what still freaks me out. It gets your heart racing with the music and all. Plus the characters look even scarier. I dont like the giant looking thing at all. That thing packs a mighty punch. The controls are pretty much the same. Hopefully Ill get near the end or even beat it before returning it. I can only hope.

I expect you will like it fine, but it wont be revolutionary, from what im reading... I dont think its getting anywhere near the hype SH2 did since it came out early in Europe and Japan and diehards have already played it... Also, like any series, it gets watered down over time... Hey REChick, already sold Clock Tower 3 on Half.com for $22! Didnt even take a day, not bad, i paid $23 for it on Half, so didnt spend a whole lot for that game! Let me know how your liking SH3 i will rent it eventually and will let you know about Fatal Frame 2 soon...
