i'm not very good with riddles but my guess would be a mirror.

okee... i got this one once in an email, and i thought it was quite stupid, but let me see if i can explain it. Seeing this as a riddle and not a trivia question, the answer is "language". the whole -gry and the other 2 words, hungry and angry, are just there to mislead you. the riddle says: "there are three words in the english language..." so the third words is language, plus there are more than 3 words ending with -gry in the english language. so like i said, stupid.

You wake up in a place you have never before. You see three rooms, all bringing to the exit. But there are notes on the rooms's doors.

The notes say:

1) room is filled with poison gas
2) room has more than 15 lions that haven't eaten for 5 years
3) room is filled with snipers that would kill anyone who steps in

You have to choose one of the three. Which room would be the way that could get you out without being harmed?

room 2. if the lions haven't eaten anything in 5 years, they're dead. Or i would assume so.

I suck at solving riddles. I used to enjoy it when I was a kid, but then my father, who was annoyed by the fact I kept asking all day "Tell me another riddle!", started telling me riddles that had no solution on purpose. I think that can seriously damage a child's brain

I know the answer to that one... which I really dont like because it doesnt make any practical sense.

What you do is look in the mirror, see what you saw, grab the saw, use the saw to cut the table in half, two halves make a whole, climb out the hole.

I have a simple one to share: What gets bigger the more you take away from it?
