Custom Ranking

I was just curious if there was a way for a normal member to obtain a custom rank. Is there a post count requirement or anything like that? Or is it a staff only thing? Thanks in advance

so just stick around and you'll get it

thats a pretty neat system, it's also a little confusing. 200 posts for custom ranks and 50 for avatar.

Whats the reason behind it though? For more people to stick around?
