Help with islands

hey guys, just got vc and have a questions. read i'd have access to all islands from the start but don't - bridge lock down due to hurricane. what's up with that. at what point can i get thru? please help. thanks lisa

More jobs that you do and complete the further you go so complete mission's unlock the bridge
