What has everybody been doing this summer?
For those of you in the northern hemisphere who are having summer right now, how has it been so far? What have you been up to? What's the most fun thing you've done so far? Don't forget there's quite a bit left weatherwise, even if you do have to start heading back to school or whatever soon. Tell us what else you might be planning on squeezing in. Camping is always great!

I've been playing video games, other usual stuff I do over the summer, and been working since the beginning of summer. So far summer has been alright, boring sometimes at work. The best part so far probably has been the fact I graduated high school. Wow, my little sister's birthday just past. Oh yeah, we'll be going camping I believe in a few weeks.

Slept, played video games, slept, went to the arcade, got me a car, slept, and worked at my job. I also slept too.
I say I pretty much wasted my summer... I guess I should do something for the last two weeks I got left.

I have been to couple of Festivals....... Have been organizing LAN Parties....... Already have done two, and the third one is on August 17th. Been to Niagra a couple of times....... to the casino, have lost alot of money!.! Been to Canada's Wonderland...... Thats pretty much all.......

Been working 50+ hours a week.
Been excercising, playing games, watching movies the rest of the time. It hasn't been exciting, as you can see.

Hi there. Basically Ive been having a pretty relaxed summer since its been hot and sunny (for ONCE) most of the time in the UK. Also I been playing GBA, PS2 in the garden on my portable TV and watching TV. I played golf a few times as well and slept a lot in the sun. Now ive still got about 3 weeks left to do the same thing all over again

Well, if i take away the whole work thing and getting ready for college, well, then it's pretty much a whole lot of video games with my friends, and going to the movies at least once a week. then there is party whatnots, playing around with making music with SSSnake and company, and plenty of food and summer fun.
college starts 26th, damn it all to hell.

I've practically slept half of my days away since summer began, and staying up on the computer till 2 or 3 in the morning...though I hardly do anything during those times, lol. But I was able to go to LA for the weekend back in June with my cousins from Hawaii, and saw them again about a few weeks later as me and my mom went to Oahu, where I stayed for about three blissful weeks...and then came back and resumed my usual process all over again.
I already start school on the 25th, but I might be able to go to LA again this weekend with my family, and hopefully go to that Ultimate Gamer's Expo thing. Aside from that, everything else has been pretty boring. Edit: Scratch that UG Expo thing....seems to have been re-scheduled to 2004....those bastards Last edited by DragonSphere; Aug 11th, 2003 at 08:55 PM.. |
