Talking 50!

Ok I dont know if you guys have bought it or not. ITS 50 CENT'S Debut FULL ALBUM, called "Get Rich, Or Die Trying"..... and man its excellent. Some seriously HOT/CRAZY tracks. This guy seriously got the flow.

The CD is suppose to get a release today (FIRDAY) in States, and Tuesday in Canada. But a Universal Representative came in yesterday and told us that we are allowed to put his album on the shelf, so we did and I bought it yesterday.... I was sooo happy. Probably being the FIRST person in CANADA buying it (whatever).

Neways....the album rocks..as in is OFF THE HOOK, the song "Patiently Waiting" featuring EMINEM is my fav! Damn, all songs are great, but some are too urban for me atleast...... still not bad. But if I would like to rate this game I'd give a solid 9.1/10 as it contains a seperate DVD as well, which has a movie documentary about 50 and his buddies. Contains the video for "Wanksta" and some additional bonus stuff too.

All Hip-Hop fans should buy this CD. SERIOUSLY!!!!

My friend's had it for awhile now...burned it...I've listened to a couple tracks and its all right...it just seems that the black rappers rap about the same things over and over again...that's why Eminem is so much better cause his lyrics are interesting

Hmm....this isn't like ever other black person's album. He may sing about certain things we have been repeated by other black rappers, but some songs has reality to his life and his background. As for the song "Many Men"...... singing for those suckers who tried to bring him down by shooting him. He has been shot 9 times........ so that song has solid lyrics for those people.

And then Blood Hound and BACK DOWN are crazy tracks too.
This album seriously rocks.
And DVD is just one hell of an ADD ON!

He just talks about where he's from and how he came up. Just talks about his past.. Him and JayZ had some sorta conflict a few years ago. IMO JayZ isn't as talented as 50cent is.

You can't forget the he was also stabbed, all in the same day two by the same group. I also heard that he had been signed to a label before Shady/Aftermath. Also, I am getting it. Does it have wanksta on it like the 8 Mile soundtrack did?

Why call yourself "Wanksta"? lol

I've personally never heard of these guys, but i'm not too much into Rap/Hip-hop nowadays, it just confuses you if you try to understand the meaning of it.

Yeah He was signed in by the same Company as J.LO, but he really didn't like any of that.

Oh, Wanskta is there in the album, it wont show up at the back of the CD but its there, I think its track number 17. Its a wicked CD. And I have noticed, he does sing alot about his past and where he has come from, throughout this album which is a good thing. Unlike all other rappers rapping about the same old thing.

I guess it's not enough for you that he is signed to Eminem's label. I'm sure this is going to be a great CD. Some people may see him as another signed black guy to Shady/Aftermath records, though. But I don't, the music video for In Da Club is really cool.

50 Cent is like one of the only good rappers today.

i like his music, too bad he's signed to Shady/Aftermath.

personally i dont like Eminem, he doesnt have a good flow, and he would have really good rhymes cause hes got talent but im tired of him complainin bout his life and bitchin bout everything when ppl like 50, 2pac, B.I.G had it way harder then him.

Yeah, its an opinion, but alteast he doesn't rap about b*tches, drugs, parties, and sex all the time like every other rapper. 2Pac and Biggie were good, but they are no more anywhere...so there is no point of comparing Biggie and Pac to Em. And it doesn't matter who had it way harder, a person sings/raps about what he has experience. Even a small thing could be a MAJOR Tragic event in someone's life, what do we know. He raps about himself, and thats what its going to be about.

I am so glad 50 is signed to Shady/Aftermath, I thank god, otherwise he as well would be rapping the same old crap for all we know.

Maybe, I'm just glad he wasn't signed to Murder Inc. Besides, we wouldn't have got that great music video for In Da Club if he wasn't signed to Shady Aftermath.

Yeah I love the idea of Em and Dre checking on him, as an experimental singer. I thought that was funny and wicked.

I think killumanti ment that eminem is a soft arse becuase hes always moaning, unlike 2 pac and biggie had it worse and didnt moan as much.
Eminem does rap about bitches, drugs, and sex but not a lot just as joke (humor) like in the "real slim shady" video and "my name is" when he was have his (nevermind) but eminem songs have humour in them or he is serious, I like him mainly becuase hes not a gangsta rapper when they think there big and all that.
