My list of material goods isn't all that special, just some games and anime I can't get because I'm frequently poor.
Going to stay that way for a while too, since I really can't get a job yet I'm not opposed to getting one; my school comes first and takes most of my time. So I get money by doing various odd jobs, which never pay as much. At least not enough to cover new games that are sixty dollars plus tax or hundred dollars and beyond anime box sets.

I think that it must be in lieu of anything material. You can tell I was miserable when I got in last night! Very Morrissey.

Misery is a great thing. It keeps you with your feets on the ground... somehow.

Misery loves co.
I've been looking lately for the Adidas' limited edition "I love tokyo's" , they used to have them everywhere I even had them in my hands in Lisbon. But of course I thought I'll get them when I'm back Amsterdam....all sold out. That's just typical can't decide to buy them and when I've decided it's too late...it saves my a lot of money though... PS I thought I'd chip this in in case this really turns out a miracle thread.

The material things I can't have now is a villa with a nice view of beach.

On a lighter - well not really - note... I can't have a decent DVD burner. I have this sucker now, that came with the PC, and I really hate it. It's driving me mad. Not only it can't burn anything, but everytime I try, it makes everything crash, and it does odd noises, like someone is trying to make an atomic bomb expolode from the inside.

TokyoFlash is a great site to buy unique watches from Japan. Back in my dressing-like-a-skateboarder days (yes, I was a poser, lol) before having to convert back to being a girl, I used to wear men's watches and I had a couple of TokyoFlash ones. My sister had this and we both bought this. But they broke pretty easily...or maybe we were rough...hmmm.

Oh wow meryl! You were the skateboarder type? Those are weird watches. Is it easy to tell the time with one of them? I think they're more to impress others than to actually use them. Some are nice, but I wouldn't like to wear one I think

I see. Now the only problem is about dimensions. Their site mentions a maximum wrist size but not a minimum, and I know usually watches are too big and I have to have them adjusted. In this case I guess it's impossible, so I'm curious to know if they will reply if I'm going to ask them expressing my concerns
