Good Shows?
What are some good concerts members have gone to recently or in the past?
I went and saw Jane's Addiction last Friday and they were fantastic. A great set list of old and new - improvisation without overindulgence and eye contact with Dave Navarro and Perry Farrel! The venue was really good too, Massey Hall in Toronto. It's sort of an old theatre with really terrific acoustics. Anyone seen anything good recently? Any acts to recommend? |

I dont go to concerts. In fact the only one Ive ever been to was at Kings Island where a bunch of big name Christian rock bands played. The only ones I was even familiar with was Reliant K (Awesome). Piller was there and played thier asses off. They topped it off with some Old News Boys. Were talking 90% pyro and lighting effects, 10% music. They suck in a bad way
Many of you know im not a christain and may or may not be wondering what id be doing at a christian rock concert. The answer : My dad drug me along on a family outing

I think everyone should see Tool at least once as well.
I saw them at Edgefest in 2001 I think it was and at some big stadium again on the Lateralus tour. They put on a great performance as well. |

I saw Tool play at the ozzfest 2001, the singer had his body painted black and white. It was nice but Tool just ain't my cup of tea...they were blasted off the stage by Slayer and Ozzy Osbourne( damn amazing band Trullijo, Borden and Zakk Wylde)
