Have you even got the game ?
U need to get all the packages & all the jumps to finish the game with 100%

For some reason, I only passed 63 out of the 73 missions. I know I passed every mission and I saw the ending and everything! However, in Portland, at that payphone in the Diablos' turf, there's still a blue circle under it. I passed every mission on there too, but when I go to it, the mission "Turismo" pops up. Can anyone explain what I have to do?

Does anyone know what the "Bling Bling Scramble" is in your player stats? I don't have anything input there....it's blank. What do I have to do?

The Bling Bling Scramble, is like Turismo but you race troughout Stauton island and the checkpoints are placed at random..

*the best thing to do is eliminate the competition as soon as you begin the race...that way you can pick up all the checkpoints easier.if you have the rocket launcher it should be a piece of cake.

There's a phonebooth on the street between the universty and the staduim....it's where the yardie missions are.

On turismo i don't think your missing anything that's kinda like a bonus area/race(just for fun) after you've already completed it.

Have you gotten most of the hidden packages? Also the Garage(GTA) missions,Rampages,and Stunt Jumps add to the completion percentage.

Hmm....I'm wondering how come the Yardie phonebooth doesn't have a blue circle under it, like the Diablos's phonebooth? So, in order to do the "Bling Bling Scramble" I just go to the Yardie phonebooth in Staunton Island? Um....for the hidden packages, I have 63 (or 65, I forget) out of the 100. I only passed 4 rampages , I completed both of the Garage missions, and I don't have many unique jumps. Aahhh....well, I'll try what you told me to do, Kabuki, and see what the results are. If I need anymore help, I'll come post here. Thank you!!

No it doesn't?? Have you tried the *****in' dog food place yet?? you should get four or five there...but the packages don't count as missions!! And you can only have 2 police bribes at your hideout.

I think that you are wrong! You can have 4 bribes @ ya hideout
Because i have them! I think that you have to do so many in each city

I am playing the game @ the mo & I have 90% and 10 rampages left to complete & 3 paramedic levels to do?
when i do those will it put me up to 100%

@ each hideout i have four police bribes,if you look in Shoreside hideout were the police bribes are there is enough room for four of them It might be different on the uk version that i have!
Can some one else try doing it "because ps2guy is talking sh*t about 120 criminals or you would have 4 bribes "

Have you got all 4 of the police bribes yet ?
Did you check in Shorside Vale @ the space for 2 more bribes?

On my stat's it says that i have killed 71 criminal's on Vigilante missions & 4 bribes @ hideout ! Try It

Andi's right. I just got my third police bribe at my hideout. When you're on a vigilante mission and you see the criminals car, pause the game. When you unpause it, the criminal gets out of his car every single time. Then just run him over. : )
