I know, but I'm on a cutting one, so I'm lowering my carbs and saturated fats and increasing my proteine intake. There aren't that many eatable things that are extremely high in proteine and low in fats like tuna, milk, huttenkase etc. So my daily food is basically just a schedule that I follow, which means eating the same food everyday for a few months. Allthough I do have some smuggle/junk days where I eat different things.
But don't worry I make absolutely sure that I get all my vitamines, veggies and fruits everyday...just no sodas, chocolate, chips, macDonalds etc.etc. for me....

For dinner, few moments ago, I had: spring rolls and Cantonese fired rice! Now I'll have a dessert, probably chocolate ice-cream! I eat so much! I love eating!

I cannot stand those girls who are always worried about their weight and ruin meals to the people they have eating with them... They're quite boring, aren't they? Some of them pretend they never eat anything in front of others, then go home and eat as much as they want! That's so... stupid!

C'mon, don't be so mad at them... sure thing, I agree with you, it's not fun to go out for dinner or lunch or even a snack with those people. They're always worried that everybody's looking at them to see if they're eating too much or not, while others don't care at all, they can't understand the world is not focused on what they eat or how much. So they are often paranoid, or they'd like to have a portion of dessert, but they can't have it for they are scared to look like the ones that eat too much and so on. You try to be relaxed and enjoyyour meal and they sometimes ruin the relaxed atmosphere, or make you feel embarassed, while their initial purpose was exactly the opposite. Weird things

BTW, earlier I had two cups of tea and a banana. They are not great together, next time I'll remember it

Oh, Rei and Hylas, your comments seemed a bit harsh to me, and a bit superficial too. I know there are people who are not easy companions when you go out for a meal, but while some of them do that for futile reasons or for getting others' attention, others have some problems to not being able to have a completely healthy relation with food, you know... I wouldn't put all people who act like that in the same category and call of them silly without knowing every single case

Im eating some really good food. I love my grandmothers cooking. She made rice and beans with chicken. The traditional puerto rican meal but still so good. I can never get tired of it...
