*Soul a little bar appears at the top of the screen and fills up, and Soul uses her overdrive, she jumps into the air and starts to land back on the ground again ready to do a load of slashes with her sword on mourdor*

Damn you...Soul. I didn't...know you used those...limits.

*Mourdor passes out on the ground* *His sword falling out of his hand*

*Mourdor sees the clouds separate as his aeon Bahamut arrives and begins to use Mega Flare*[/COLOR]

*Valfore does her Energy Ray attack at Bahumut just before she gets knock out. Meanwhile soul quickly puts Protect onto herself and prepares herself for bahumut's Mega Flare*

The Mercenary casts Haste on himself and begins to sprint across the bloodstained battlefield...increasing speed with each stride he takes. Still with his hand on the Masamune's handle he draws it out from under his belt. With nothing more than a flash from the steel of his blade the Sword 4 Hire gallops towards his foes...

The newcomer quickly looks up at his airborne foes. With a slight grin he joins them by quickly leaping into the air above the two. With his sword drawn above his head he brings it down upon Mourdor.

"Take that!"

Sword 4 Hire then lands and looks over his shoulder at the floating one.

"Get down from there!"

The Mercenary sprints towards her and with one quick burst of speed slashes Soul with the force of The Masamune.

"Heh heh....I guess I'll take a whirl at your game..."

Ha these Hero items will come in handy, better start to do some of my doing before it wears off quickly!

"Whoa.."

The mercenary does a back flip as the fireball passes closely by his face in mid air. The fireball explodes engulfing a large tree slumped over in the brush of the battlefield's outskirts. As soon as his foot touches the ground he springs off of it sprinting towards Soul's position, with his sword held high and a devilish look burning in his eyes.

"..huh...where'd she go? You are indeed a sly one..."

The Mercenary for hire looks high into the sky searching the clouds for Mourdor and his dragon.

"They're both planning somethin"...a sly grin graces his face...Good"

He then casts protect and shield upon himself. Sword 4 Hire brings the edge of The Masamune within eye level of the scar across his face. Taking a few steps back he searches the field for Soul while keeping an eye on Mourdor.

"...Come out, come out...where ever you are..."
