AHH! bro pic S2 definitely. I have played ghost recon on my brother's Xbox, an dI own it on PS2, I havent' passed the training on it yet. It doesn't tell you any of the controls on PS2. Anyways, Socom 2 is so much fun man. There is a clan system set up on there(hopefully it will be perfected by the third socom but it still is a good system.)There are clan ranks , ratings, rank system, and soon newer maps for people with a hard drive.

socom is better online and i think more ppl play it online the graphics are better. on 1 player it is so hard to get your guys to move anywhere in ghost recon and they got in ur way more... and they were stupider.. the controls are easir on socom.but 1 thing i only played ghost recon online for a couple mins...(it was my friends) but in socom there are lot of glitches even with the new patch.. i dont think there are any in ghost recon. and glitches get on my nerves sometimes... so definitley get SOCOM II US Navy Seals..

i have both ghost recon and socom 2 and socom 2 could kick ghost recon's ass anyday of the week. (get socom)

Well,since I own both systems and both games,Ill give you feeback.

Socom go"s for a tatcical squad based genertic kill enemies the stealthiest way you can and move on.It has a more generetic feel to it,but gets kinda glithchy most of the time.The draw distance doesnt help either when you are trying to snipe.Some times in single player when you see the enemy they just stand there,staring at you,just doing nothing.The overall thing you do in this game is shoot,kill,move on.I know this sounds simpalistic but it is actually very satisfying to do.

Ghost Recon is a very tactical game also.You move slower,and its a three hits your dead type game.The enviorments in this game and socom are very simialr in size.But in ghost recon the A.I. is allot better.It also has better sound than socom and desnt have any captions either.The game has a very simple stealthy feel to it.If you want some reviews on the game visit www.gamespot.com.Good luck with yor choices and if you want more information or any help feel free to pm me.
