I feel terribly tired. I could sleep for a week or more. Today I spent too m uch time in bed and I still feel exhausted

Panuru too much sleep is not supposed to be good for you, you wake up feeling worse..something about letting your body get deeper into sleep makes it harder to wake up I think... and they also say people who sleep 6 or 7 hours a night rather than the recommeded 8 live longer..

And We still get Smurfs on Sky Digital TV over here, it's on at like 4am or something.
