Alright, this is more a -girl- problem. Gawd I hate those.
You see, I've known my bestfriend, Mayra, since 9th grade. Over this period of time, we got to be close friends. At the start of this year, we hung out on a daily basis, and it was all fun. However, as second semester arose, she got involved in some academy program and she met 2 friends. I was surprised at how quicly they became close. Not long after, them 2 began to sit at our table. Since we already hanged out with a mutual friend, that made a bunch of 5. The bad thing was that I happened to know one of them, Mireya, from before. She and I were never friends. It wasn't because we disliked each other, rather, we just weren't.
Well... I made no fuss about it and I just played it low. Everything was fine until a while ago.
As time passed by, (Mireya) and (Mayra) got closer and closer, everytime, edging me off more. I didn't like that . So, what I did was talk to Mayra about it and things worked out for that time being. Not too long ago though, it seems that Mireya dear had problems with the 2 other girls. And let me tell you, she has one hell of an attitude. With it, she made one girl leave.
Well, today at lunch I happened to ask where the other girl was and she answered me : " I don't know and I don't care"
Man, did that make me angry!! I usually don't say -bad words- yet, when people piss me off, I go on a "cuss-a-thon". I said : " I was asking Mayra" Certainly enough, that shut her up.
Anyway, to make the story short... she ended up making the other two girls leave us!And all just because there was a small problem that she didn't even bother to look into! And not only that, she is also stealing my best friend damn it! Now to top it off, she's friends with this homosexual, good for nothing, ground licking she-***** that I can't stand!
This is all getting on my nerves! I don't want to act rash, but if this keeps up I'm going to blow! And then my fists will be doing the talking!
What can I do??????????

I hate it when things like that happen. A good friend gets together with someone else, and it's someone you don't like, or even worse, hate. Then after a while, because of this new friendship, the old friendship you had with your good friend begins to whither aways, and sooner or later, thye relationship you had with a good friend of yours becomes a harsh as the one you had before with the new friend of hers/his. that really bothers me. A because of it, you end up loosing a good friend, because of some little sh*t!

I feel your pain, but sorry to say, I can't think of anything to help you with. I just hope that the words "I care" help your self esteem a bit. I'm sure that others here will be able to come up with something better to say for you than me.

Oh Mena....I'm sorry. I'm not too sure what you should do, but maybe you should talk about with your friend, Mayra. I mean....doesn't she realize that this girl Mireya is trying to separate the relationship that you two had? First off...I'm not trying to be mean, but if Mayra was really your best and good friend, she should be able to see the dark side about Mireya and also care about your friendship too and try not to lose that. If she doesn't even acknowledge you anymore because of Mireya, then I'd say she's not a very good friend. If you talk to her about this situation, she should be able to know what you're talking about, since she's your best and long-time friend, right? Well, if she doesn't, then I would sadly have to say she's changed. She's not the same person she used to be. People tend to be that way.....when somene comes along that's more evil and able to have greater control over people, that person tends to change because of the bad influence of the "new friend". If Mayra won't listen to you and start getting annoyed at you, then I'd say just get mad at her and forget about being her friend anymore. Don't start fighting...fighting doesn't always solve the problem. Unless you really feel like you should, then go ahead, though I don't think your friend Mayra would be too happy. If you don't want to make her mad, then I'd say don't fight. But, if Mayra suddenly became very....snooty and different, then I'd say (though I still won't) go ahead and fight the girl. Anyway.....I don't know what else to say....I feel your pain and anger towards that Mireya chick. I hope this helps you.....I'm sorry I can't actually be there and help you out. I hope everything goes well for you.

I can't tell if you're just trying to put light on the topic, or if you just really suck at spamming?

Anyways, I'd go along with what Meryl said. She seems to be on the ball when it comes to things like this, and like you said, it's more of a topic for a girl to help you with.

I hope that you resolve this, and hopefully you have other friends who you can fall back on other that her, because nobody wants to be alone. And loosing a good friend really sucks.

hey mena..stick with school, lots of people give in because it seems like they're going nowhere. It's like some sort of wicked carousel at times.. just the same stuff over and over again. You're most deffinately an ambitious person..that's a given by how much effort you've put into school thus far.
..oh and throwing burgers is just dangerous .

kabuki: personally i like throwing burgers with a slight twist of the wrist just as it leaves my hand..that way it curves toward the intended targets head.

Hey listen, school can be a real b*tch at times, but you have to just try to cope with just a few more years of it. Remember, high school, for many people, can be the most important years in your life, if you don't go to college that is. Even when the teachers, students, classes, and everything about it just seems to suck too much to go through onother day, you still have to remind yourself that there are so many others just like you in your same position.

I'm a junior right now, soon to be a senior, and I think that my Sophmore year was terrible too, and not only don't I get good grades, but I take more sh*t from people than about 90% of the entire school body, including the subs. But I strill manage to make it through, usually with the support of my friends.

Just try to find something worth while in your day, and bring that out more, make it something that makes you look forward to school.

I'm pretty sure though that it must be a bit harder for you considering thyat your best friend is no longer a real good part of your life anymore, but like you said, this might just be a sign for you to move on.

I'm glad you're posting about it here, because I feel that getting support from people you don't even know is very encouraging, since you don't have to worry about any sort of biased remarks from us, and it lets your anger and sorrow out.

Tonight, just try to spend a few hours thinking to yourself about how your life would be like without those friends of yours, and how it is right now. Then try to imagine it with them, as these conflicts in your life seem to develope. Then I hope you can see that the situation is probally a bit less extreem than you think. Because even though a friend is something everyone cherrishes, I'm sure that you can mannage to get by without them, or someone else. Then if you do break up, it wont seem so bad, and it's only your second year of high school, and I'm sure that you can find some more friends.

I know that I jump a lot when I talk, but I hope that all of this mummbling I've been doing will help you out in some way.

Just think more positive on the situation, and rememebr, school's almost out, and you've got all summer to resolve these stuggles you're going through. And maybe you can find some more time to spend with your friends without that b*tcht little wh*re getting in the way.

Well, I can agree with you on that I guess. Except for the beer thing, I hate the taste of alcohol. But to have a chance with some chicks wouldn't be so bad. But I'm just not that lucky. Only in my dreams. Crap!

I hate alcohol. The taste is bad, and I have to many bad memories that seem to revolve around the use of alcohol. I've known four people who were friends of mine who've died because of the use of alcohol, not to mention the fact that my father used to be a real bad alcoholic and II'd be the one to suffer whenever he got home.

So beer and I have a nasty history, and I hate it. And my friends like the taste of beer a lot though, and that kinda botherts me too. Especially this one girl who's a friend of mine. Who's one of the worst alcoholics I know. She says that she's not an alcoholic, but she and everyone else knows she's lying. Usually when she goes to parties, the first question she asks is "Wilol there be beer?"

It gets to me. And that's probally the only thing I don't like about her.

But liquer seems to have made a lot of very deep emotional scars in my past, and I pretty much hate it all together.

But I do admit that at family get togethers, we have red wine and other nice winesthat I actually like a lot. But thebafter taste is really bad.

So I guess that in a way I'm a hypicrit.
