I am awaiting ... Debbie does dallas 2... but i dont know about a theatrical release.. other than that i really really want to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory... Johnny Depp is the man and i cant wait to see what he does with this role.. obvious other anticapated films .. starwars ep III... and blade III.. all lookin good

I would like to see "Finding Neverland" and "House of Flying Daggers." <-- Yes, I am aware this is an Asian film by the same director as that "Hero" movie...this one only seems worthy because the director *claims* almost no CG were used in this film...albeit a few daggers or something...which is something that I gotta see.

Would still like to see "Lemony Snicket's Unfortunate Events" film, but seeing how Jim Carrey is Count Olaf and there are two irritating kids who are playing Violet and Klaus (which BTW, they are not depicting the kids in the book properly) it's completely annoying me already.

If you want to see some other "genuine" Asian movie by Zhang Yimou, I suggest Raise the red lantern and To Live. They're not action though.. they're drama, but they got great stories and magnificent cinematography.

The house of flying daggers looks indeed excellent! But then again I'm also a real big fan of Hero(that story line is amazing too bad they cut the film up really bad...but it's still a beautiful and touching movie IMO...but sorry we've been there before

). I also got A chinese ghost story in today, I'm looking forward to that one! If it's any good I'm going for part 2 and 3 (I love trilogys!!!)

I'm pretty sure dramas are much more easier to authenticate rather than action films, so I don't doubt the ones you recommend.

Which version did you get? Like, what year/copyright is this, do you know? My parents and sister saw a very old version of this film (I think the one they saw was the original, since this story has been replicated many times). I was too young to remember the film, but I remember bits and pieces of it.

I got the version directed by Siu-Tung Ching(action choregrapher of Hero, house of flying daggers etc.etc.) it was released in 1987. Don't know about any other versions(but I sure as hell want to know if there are any

and I'm glad its the last of the series

Elektra looks alllright I guess
Fantastic 4 looks like it might be a good summer movie
and the new Keanu Reeves movie that I saw a trailer for lat night...about some religious weirdness looks real good. I'll watch that in a heartbeat
