I don't like it to be REALLY tough, but if it's to soft, it's gone in no time flat.

There's a local meat market in town that make their own jerky and it's the best I've ever tasted. My cats trip out when ever I have it cause it smells so good.

I love it all. The hot and sweet stuff is the best.

I enjoy tough as well as soft. Tough last longer, but soft feels better in my mouth.

My favorite are the Jerky Nuggets. Nice hot and spicy with the sort feel to it.

I devoured a whole bag of that stuff in one lunch sitting after valentines day. It was a valentine that I found was much better than the chocolate crap everyone else got.

They got sick from eating chocolate while all I had was bad breath and a full stomach.

We have it in Canada too. It's dried, smoked meat (I think), and it's great.
